  I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to see that my experience was much different from the other reviewers here. I had a TV delivered from this company and they called me the night before to schedule the delivery for between 8 am-12 pm and the lady that called was very polite and knowledgeable. The next morning the TV arrived at exactly 8 am the delivery driver was very polite, TV package was absolutely flawless.
