  Let me start by saying it is 92 degrees outside. I called this company in hopes they would be able to come out and service my air conditioning unit which broke. The lady on the phone was rude from the get go. She placed me on hold for extended periods of time, cut me off, spoke over me... really annoying. I was willing to overlook her lack of social skills to get my air conditioner fixed the following day. This company ended up calling me at 730 that night to tell me they were in the area (in the middle of my shift at work). Obviously I was unable to answer, and when I called back the next morning that same RUDE lady told me sorry but they won't be able to help me out again until the following week. When I objected stating I didn't make the appointment for the night before, this lady on the phone then YELLED AT ME saying that is not what I said, and when i asked for the manager, she HUNG UP ON ME. If this is the type of customer service I can expect from this company, I would rather bake in the heat than give them my business.
