  Not intending of ever coming to an ac Moore again. Came here looking for poly plastics which any craft person would know what that is. They are small plastics pellets that melt in water and a reformable for jewelry, figurines etc... I asked the woman if they carried any cause I needed it for a project she tried to find what I was looking for and couldn't find it and asked another sales woman who worked there. The woman asked me what I was looking for when I told here she snarled at me as if I was crazy to ask for such a material. Then followed up to say "we don't have that. That's what the internet is for." Mind you I checked there website and it did say that ac Moore carried these pellets. It was very rude how her response to my needs was "that's what the internet is for." I left without my pellets and a distaste for the elderly working in retail.
