  What a horrible experience. What was meant to be a quick lunch with there 15 min fast lunch turned into 15 min waiting for drinks and over 45 waiting for food some of which was wrong. I have never had such a bad experience at a Wild Wings. They did try and make up for it but being late back to work and having to eat in the car isn't something they can fix after the fact. They said they were short handed because someone did not show up which I know is not something you can always control and would not have bothered me if they had just told me up front when I said we were in a hurry and needed food quick. A little up front honesty is all it would have taken!
