  At this point, it would've been less effort for me to drive across the country, get a UHAUL, pick up my package from its destination, have a freight carrier return my car to me, drive back across the country, and unload the package myself.
  
  I am now at the 1 month mark since the first correspondence with this company and still have yet to successfully book a date that works for BOTH parties.
  
  The inability of this company to successfully coordinate receiving times with their customers is staggering.
  
  Costco ended up using this carrier and I plan to send a STRONG recommendation that they no longer use them.
