  We came here Sunday March 18th at 11 AM.
  
  Very very poor service. I didn't get my salt pepper and ketchup that I asked twice inside my bagel and selection of bagels was bad (no wheat, nothing healthy left). My bagel was so dry.
  
  There was this young poor over worked boy (about 13 y/o) doing his very best but I believe the older man pushing him around was his father. Had his father let his son do his work the place would have been less chaotic.
  
  The place was very chaotic and he absolutely need more staff. I feel sorry for the owner of this place. He is simply understaffed (it was just him, his cook and his son).
