  I've visited Great Clips many, many times in the past but after this last experience, I won't be returning. My daughter went in for a back-to-school haircut on Friday, August 31st. The stylist cut her hair WAY too short. But, my daughter liked it. I paid and we left. When we got home I noticed that her hair was crooked- One side of her hair was longer than the other. On Saturday I called to speak to a manager and was told that the manager would be in on Tuesday. Fine. I went in on Tuesday and requested that the manager fix her hair. She did, but when I I walked outside to leave I realized that one side was shorter, again!
  
  Previous review: I had a great experience with the Great Clips in Aviation Plaza in Linden. I used the Great Clips "Check-in" App on my iPhone to check-in before I arrived. When I got there, they were ready for me within minutes. My stylist was Nelly (I think thats her name) and she did an amazing job! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she helped to make it happen. Not the exact cute (because of my hair length and thickness) but very similar and I'm VERY happy! I'd definitely recommend her as a stylist!
